Did you ever want to own your own fitness or personal training center? Now you have the opportunity to maximize your hours,income and future!--no % split -you keep 100 % of training fees-
Westchester personal training center available for rent from 5 am-11p.m.-7 days for independent certified trainers. Full floor, very zen wide open space with lots of natural light.
Perfect for corrective exercise specialists/instructors/personal trainers.
Facility includes NEW intereactive (w/TV treadmills/precor ellipticals/stairmasters/recumbants,uprights/spinning bikes/Pilates machines/
Techno GYM Circut,cable cross,dumbbells,med balls,bands,Kettle Bells,tubing,rollers,exercise balls/wedge/reebok balance boards/core strength/ hydraulic machines and stretch table.
(dance floor is also available for group fitness -BOOT CAMP- or yoga/pilates classes)
4500 foot space 4th floor walk-up with about 1000 foot workout area. A 200 foot open air but separate manual therapy/massage area is also available
. Ideal for treatments/holistic wellness clientele.
No membership fee to client as they are only allowed in studio with you.
Trainer fee is $500/month paid on the first of every month.
Do a minimum of 10 sessions a week and you pay $12/hour.
or per session fee.
This opportunity includes advertising,PR and marketing efforts to add to your client base and is limited to 3 trainers.
